1. About these terms

Corporate Fashion Week (“CFW”) is presented and operated by Buzzace Events, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bengaluru – 560011, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to our website, to registration for Corporate Fashion Week, and to participation in its auditions, training sessions, photoshoots, runway shows and related activities.

By using this website or registering to participate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Who can participate

Participation is open only to persons aged 18 years and above.

Beyond that, Corporate Fashion Week is deliberately open. No previous modelling or runway experience is required. First-time and experienced participants are equally welcome. There are no height restrictions and no weight restrictions, all body types are welcome, and both single and married participants are welcome, as are corporate professionals and entrepreneurs.

We may decline or withdraw a registration where the eligibility conditions are not met, where the information provided is inaccurate, or where conduct requires it.

3. How registration works

Registration follows four steps:

  1. You submit the registration form linked on our website.
  2. Corporate Fashion Week / Buzzace Events contacts you.
  3. You pay the applicable package fee through an accepted payment method.
  4. Your registration is confirmed only once Buzzace Events has received and verified the required payment and has accepted your registration.

Submitting the form alone does not confirm participation and does not create any obligation on us to accept you. Places, sessions and package benefits are subject to availability at the time your registration is confirmed.

4. Participation options and fees

Corporate Fashion Week offers different participation options, each with its own inclusions. The options available to you, what each one includes, and the fee that applies are communicated to you directly by Buzzace Events / Corporate Fashion Week. The applicable fee is communicated to you before any payment is made. Anything described as an opportunity is subject to availability, eligibility and selection — see Section 7.

Fees are payable in full. Your registration is confirmed only once the required payment has been received and accepted by Buzzace Events. There are no EMI plans and no instalment plans, unless expressly agreed and communicated to you in writing. Any statement to the contrary that may appear in older material is withdrawn and does not apply.

We may revise participation options, inclusions and fees for future editions. Changes do not affect a registration already confirmed, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

5. Payment

Payments may be accepted by cash, UPI, current-account bank transfer or net banking, or through a payment gateway such as Cashfree or PayU.

Where a payment gateway is used, that gateway’s own terms apply to the transaction and your payment credentials are handled by the gateway, not by us. Any bank charges, gateway charges or transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. Please keep your payment reference or receipt.

6. Information you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and afterwards, including your name, age, contact details and any details about your background or availability. If information you have given us turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete, we may decline or withdraw your participation. Please tell us promptly if your contact details change.

7. Opportunities are selection-based — no guarantee

This is important, so we state it plainly.

Registering for, paying for or participating in Corporate Fashion Week does not automatically guarantee any of the following:

Opportunities and benefits of this kind are subject to availability, eligibility, selection criteria, editorial and creative decisions, sponsor and partner requirements, and the practical constraints of running a live event. Where an opportunity has been expressly confirmed to you in writing by Buzzace Events, we will honour what has been confirmed.

Buzzace Events will provide or arrange the services included in your confirmed package — such as training sessions, styling, makeup, photoshoots and event photographs and video, as described for that package — subject to these terms, scheduling requirements and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Schedules, dates and venues may change

Dates, timings, schedules, venues, session formats, designers, jury members, guests and programme details are indicative and may change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants of changes as early as we can, using the contact details you have given us. Attending sessions at the revised time or place is your responsibility once notified.

9. Conduct and event rules

Participants are expected to:

We may ask a participant to leave, or withdraw their participation, for serious or repeated breaches of these expectations, for behaviour that is unsafe, dishonest or harassing, or where required by a venue or authority. Where participation is withdrawn for such reasons, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

10. Photography, video and event media

Corporate Fashion Week is a public-facing fashion and media event and is photographed and filmed.

By participating, you agree that we and our appointed photographers, videographers, media partners and sponsors may capture, record, edit and use photographs, video and audio featuring you, taken during auditions, training sessions, photoshoots, rehearsals, the runway show and related activities, for the purposes of event coverage, promotion of Corporate Fashion Week, our website and social media, press and publicity, and archives and future editions.

This permission is granted without a fee. Material produced by or for us remains our property or that of the photographer or agency concerned. Where you receive photographs as part of your package, you may use them for your own personal and portfolio purposes; please credit Corporate Fashion Week where reasonably possible and do not alter them in a way that misrepresents the event.

If you have a specific concern about the use of your image, contact us and we will discuss it with you.

11. Intellectual property

The Corporate Fashion Week and Buzzace Events names, logos, marks, page designs, text, graphics, photographs and video on this website and in our material belong to us or to our partners and licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission. Designer collections, garments and creative work shown at the event remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-party services and external links

Our website links to and relies on services operated by others, including Google Forms for registration, an embedded Google Map on our Contact Us page, and payment gateways such as Cashfree and PayU. Our site may also link to social media profiles and partner websites.

Those services and websites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

13. Health, safety and personal belongings

Participation involves physical activity such as runway walking and rehearsals, and may involve long hours, stage lighting, footwear and styling requirements. You confirm that you are in a fit state to take part, and you should tell us in advance of any medical condition, allergy or limitation that we ought to know about.

You are responsible for your own belongings at venues, studios and backstage areas. Please do not bring valuables you cannot look after.

14. Limitation of liability

We will provide the services described in your package with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of opportunity, expected earnings or professional prospects, for the acts or omissions of third parties such as venues, designers, photographers, sponsors, media outlets or payment providers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Where we are found liable in connection with your participation, our total liability will not exceed the package fee you have paid to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Postponement, cancellation and events beyond our control

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the event — including natural events, weather, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government or police order, restrictions on gatherings, venue closure, strike, civil disturbance, power or infrastructure failure, or similar — we may change the date, format or venue, or postpone or cancel an event or session.

Where this happens, we will inform registered participants and the Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

16. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: registration and package fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable where the participant cancels, withdraws, does not attend or discontinues. Please read the full policy for how postponement and organiser cancellation are handled.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in force when your registration is confirmed applies to that registration.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting any consumer protection or other mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
