2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.corporatefashionweek.com, contact us, or register to participate in Corporate Fashion Week, and how we use and protect it. Participation in Corporate Fashion Week is open only to persons aged 18 years and above.

3. Information we collect

When you register. Registration is currently taken through a Google Form. The information you provide in that form — typically your name, contact number, email address and the details requested about your background and package preference — is collected by us through Google’s form service.

When you use the contact form on our website. We collect your name, email address and the message you send.

When you contact us directly. We keep a record of calls, emails and messages so that we can respond and maintain continuity.

When you make a payment. Payments may be made by cash, UPI, bank transfer or net banking, or through a payment gateway such as Cashfree or PayU. Where a payment gateway is used, your card, bank or UPI credentials are collected and processed by that gateway, not by us. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the reference details needed to reconcile your payment.

When you attend our events, training sessions or photoshoots. We and our appointed photographers, videographers and media partners capture photographs and video that may include your image and voice. Please see our Terms & Conditions for how this material may be used.

Automatically, when you visit the website. Our hosting provider records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

Health and safety information. We may collect limited health or safety information where this is reasonably necessary to organise your participation safely — for example, a medical condition, allergy, injury or physical limitation you tell us about so that training sessions, rehearsals, photoshoots or event activities can be adjusted or handled appropriately. We ask only for what is relevant to your safe participation. We do not collect or maintain full medical records, and we share such information only with the staff, trainers or medical or venue personnel who need it for that purpose.

We do not ask for and do not want other sensitive information such as your government identity numbers or your bank or payment passwords unless there is a specific, explained reason and you provide it knowingly.

4. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. The basis on which we use your information

We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form, register or attend an event, and on the need to perform the services you have paid for. Where the law requires us to keep records, we rely on that legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the contact details in Section 12; withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done on the basis of your earlier consent, and it may mean we can no longer provide some or all of the services.

6. Third-party services we use

Some parts of our site and our process rely on services provided by other companies. Each of these has its own privacy policy, and we recommend reading it:

We share your information with these providers only to the extent needed for them to perform their service. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a government or regulatory authority.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website, and the third-party services embedded within it, may use cookies or similar technologies where these are technically necessary for pages, forms and embedded content to load and function correctly.

The Google Maps map embedded on our Contact Us page is loaded from Google’s servers. When that page loads, Google may set its own cookies in your browser and receive your IP address. This is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

8. Photographs, video and event media

Corporate Fashion Week is a public-facing fashion and media event. Photographs and video taken at auditions, training sessions, photoshoots, the runway show and related activities may be used by us for event coverage, promotion, our website, social media, press and future editions of Corporate Fashion Week. The details of that permission are set out in our Terms & Conditions. If you have a specific concern about the use of your image, contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will discuss it with you.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep registration and participation records for as long as needed to run the event edition you registered for, to handle any follow-up, and to meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. Photographs and video used in event coverage and archives may be retained for longer as part of our records of past editions. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

10. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to those who need it and relying on reputable service providers for hosting and payments. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian data-protection law, including provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as and when applicable, and as a matter of our own practice, you may:

Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

12. Contact and grievances
