1. Who this policy is from
Corporate Fashion Week (“CFW”) is presented and operated by Buzzace Events, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bengaluru – 560011, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy explains what happens to registration and package fees if a participant cancels, or if an event is postponed or cancelled. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it before you pay.
2. When a registration becomes confirmed
Submitting the registration form does not confirm participation. A registration is confirmed only once Buzzace Events has received and verified the required payment and has accepted the registration. Fees become subject to this policy from the point payment is made.
3. Cancellation by the participant
All registration and package fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable in cases of participant-initiated cancellation, withdrawal, no-show, inability to attend, change of mind or voluntary discontinuation.
This applies whether the decision is made before or after training sessions, photoshoots or the runway show, and whether or not the participant has used any part of the package.
We plan and commit resources well in advance — trainers, studio and venue bookings, designer coordination, styling, photography, crew and production slots. Those commitments are made once a place is confirmed and cannot be recovered if a participant later withdraws. That is the reason for this rule.
4. Transfers and substitutions
A confirmed registration is personal to the participant. Fees cannot be transferred to another person, to a different package, or to a future edition of Corporate Fashion Week, except where we agree to do so in writing.
5. If an event is postponed or rescheduled by us
If an event, session or the Grand Finale is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will ordinarily be carried forward to the revised date. We will inform registered participants using the contact details provided at registration. A postponement is not treated as a cancellation, and does not by itself give rise to a refund.
6. If an event is cancelled by us
If we cancel an event and the contracted services cannot be delivered or rescheduled, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law, having regard to the services already provided and the circumstances of the cancellation. We will contact affected participants directly.
7. Missed sessions
If a participant is unable to attend a particular training session, photoshoot, rehearsal or event day, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them where an alternative slot exists. This is not guaranteed, and no refund or fee reduction arises for a session that is missed.
8. Withdrawal of participation for conduct
Where participation is withdrawn under the conduct provisions of our Terms & Conditions, fees already paid are treated in the same way as a participant-initiated cancellation and are non-refundable.
9. Payment errors, duplicate and failed transactions
This section deals only with payment mistakes, not with cancellation.
If you are charged twice for the same registration, or an amount is debited but the transaction fails and does not reach us, contact us with the transaction reference and date. Where we confirm that an amount has been received in error, we will return it to the original payment method. Where a payment has failed at the gateway or bank and has not reached us, the reversal is handled by your bank or the payment gateway under their timelines.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including under consumer protection law. This policy sets out our commercial terms; it does not replace rights the law gives you.

12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting any consumer protection or other mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
