We publish the information on this website in good faith and keep it as accurate and current as we reasonably can. Even so, details change — particularly dates, schedules, venues, package contents, designers, guests and programme line-ups. Information on this site is provided for general information and does not form a binding commitment beyond what is set out in our Terms & Conditions and what has been confirmed to you in writing.
Where a discrepancy arises between this website and what we have confirmed to you directly in writing, the written confirmation applies.
3. No guarantee of opportunities or outcomes
Corporate Fashion Week is a platform and a training and showcase experience. It is not a modelling agency, a casting agency, a placement service or an employment provider.
Registering for, paying for or participating in Corporate Fashion Week does not automatically guarantee:
- selection for the runway show or any particular segment or role within it
- modelling work, advertisement shoots, ramp shows or any paid or commercial assignment
- jury, showstopper or other featured roles
- media coverage, press features, publication of photographs, or podcast appearances
- prizes, crowns, titles, recognition rewards or awards
- introductions to, or engagement by, any brand, designer, agency or third party
- any particular career outcome, income, following or level of exposure
Benefits of this kind depend on availability, eligibility, selection criteria, creative and editorial decisions, sponsor and partner requirements, and the practical realities of a live event. Where an opportunity has been expressly confirmed to you in writing by Buzzace Events, we will honour what has been confirmed.
Buzzace Events will provide or arrange the services included in the participant’s confirmed package — such as training, styling, makeup, photoshoots and event photographs and video, as described for that package — subject to our Terms & Conditions, scheduling requirements and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Individual results differ
Participants come to Corporate Fashion Week with different backgrounds, availability and goals. Anything shown or described about past participants, past editions or past coverage reflects those individual experiences and is not a promise, prediction or representation of what any other participant will achieve.
5. Event details are subject to change
Dates, timings, schedules, venues, session formats, designers, jury members, guests, hosts and programme details are indicative and may change, and events may be postponed or cancelled. Our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain how such changes are handled.
6. Third-party services, links and content
Our website uses and links to services operated by others, including Google Forms for registration, an embedded Google Map on our Contact Us page, payment gateways such as Cashfree and PayU, and social media profiles and partner websites.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Photographs and media
Images and video on this website may include material from earlier editions of Corporate Fashion Week, from photoshoots, or used for illustration. They show the kind of experience Corporate Fashion Week offers and are not a representation that any specific setting, designer, garment, guest or arrangement will feature in a future edition.

8. Health and personal responsibility
Participation involves physical activity, long hours, stage lighting, footwear and styling requirements. Nothing on this website is medical, fitness, nutritional or wellbeing advice. Participants are responsible for judging their own fitness to take part and should seek professional advice where appropriate. Participants are also responsible for their own belongings at venues, studios and backstage areas.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, career, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buzzace Events is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website, from the acts or omissions of third parties, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law. The limitation of liability in our Terms & Conditions applies to participation.
